After the projects were completed, the home was listed and within a week we had multiple offers over asking. We ended up getting close to $100k more than we expected going in to this deal. This sale was part of a Trust and as my father's trustee it was important to use local (Lake Wildwood ONLY) "existing vendors" that my father used in the past who also provided great service. Barbara Law sold this house to my father and we both enjoyed working with her through the process. Barbara and I are both very organized and appreciate good timely communication...so we made a good team (client/agent). I do want to comment that at NO time during our multiple offer situation, when she was also representing one of the two parties providing an offer, did I feel that she sacrificed her duties/ethics in order to collect a commission from both sides of the sale. I respect her professionalism. Great to work with from start to finish....she even helped me keep my potted plants alive during a month-long heat wave since I didn't live in town.
